Dockage is included with the weekly cottage rental. There is access to a boat ramp next door to Skipper's. Please see Skipper's Office before using. Seasonal dockage is also available. Bring your boat along!!

Our cottages will accommodate 5 to 7 people depending on configuration.

Check in after 3PM on the day of check in and check out by 10AM on the day of check out.

****RESERVATIONS
Advanced reservations are strongly recommended. A deposit confirms recommended and holds your reservation. A $250.00 nonrefundable deposit is required for each full week reservation. $125.00 nonrefundable deposit is required for all other reservations. Remaining balance of rental is due at the time of check in.
****CANCELLATIONS
Please call to discuss cancellations as soon as you are aware that you need to cancel.
****PETS
We allow pets provided the owners keep them on their leash at ALL TIMES as per the  State of Ohio leash law and pick up all pet deposits on our grounds. A $10.00 extra charge per pet per day is required. 
 ****QUIET TIME
Quiet time is from 11PM to 7AM. Thank you for your cooperation.
