RESERVATIONS Advance reservations are strongly recommended for weekly reservations. Weekly reservations are given preference - daily reservations when available. The first deposit received determines the priority of bookings. A DEPOSIT confirms your reservation. The Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
***CANCELLATIONS Deposits are required to hold any reservation and are NOT refundable. An initial $200.00 deposit is required for each full week reservation. Two nights deposit is required on all other reservations. Balance due, plus $50.00 cleaning deposit (to be returned at checkout after inspection) is due at check in.
